We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The rooms were spacious and well-maintained, providing a comfortable environment for our stay. The hotel is situated in a remote area, making it challenging to find for taxi drivers.

I liked the city. It is clean and beautiful. Also I enjoyed that the place is quite and not many people.

Staff should study english- it was impossible to communicate. Hotel is nice, but old, so there is a need for fixing- especially gym, sauna and pool. Rooms has old furniture... my room had broken window.

Great room and comfortable bed. Breakfast had a good variety of food and fresh fruits. The location was close enough to reach the nearby attractions and activities.

The staff were not very friendly, and made it difficult to communicate simple requests. The gym and pool facilities were not very well maintained and seemed outdated.

The hotel offered a complimentary shuttle service which was very helpful for getting around. the room was modern and spacious, with free Wi, Fi and a balcony to let in fresh air. the staff at front desk and reception were friendly and competent in English.

The hotel amenities were not included in the price, which was disappointing as I would have liked to use the gym and swimming pool but didn't want to pay extra. the in, house restaurants were hit, or, miss, with the "western" restaurant being particularly bad.
